Manual Therapy: Multiple techniques are used to enhance tissue healing, mobility, and performance  to solve acute and chronic muscle tension due to stress, repetitive motions or injury. Techniques can include multiple spinal and joint mobilization, myofascial release, trigger point release, passive range of motion, manual stretch, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, scar mobilization, and therapeutic massage. 

Oncology Massage: For those with history of cancer or currently receiving cancer treatment. Reduces side effect severity from chemotherapy, radiation, surgery and medications.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD): Based on Vodder Technique. Decreases lymphedema from lymph node removal, cancer treatments. Improves lymph formation, stimulates drainage within lymph vascular system to support immune system.

 Pregnancy & Postpartum: Focuses on special needs of mother-to-be and new mother. Soothing way to pamper.

Myofascial Decompression Techniques (MFD) - Cup Therapy: Uses negative pressure tools to relieve soft tissue restriction, improve body mechanics and overall function.

Kinesio Taping: Uses therapeutic tape to decrease inflammation, improve circulation and tissue healing, and re-educate neuromuscular system to restore function.
