Michelle Caras, DPT, MS, CMT
Michelle has over twenty five years of experience in physical therapy and massage therapy. She has worked in diverse settings - outpatient clinics, spas, resorts, corporations, health fairs, and sporting events.

Michelle has over twenty five years of experience in physical therapy and massage therapy. She has worked in diverse settings - outpatient clinics, spas, resorts, corporations, health fairs, and sporting events.
Massage Therapy Experience:
She earned basic and advanced massage certification at LifeStream Massage School in Napa, McKinnon Body Therapy Center in Oakland, Acupressure Institute in Berkeley, and the Massage Therapy Institute in Davis.
Physical Therapy Experience:
She also earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from University of St. Augustine in San Marcos and her Master of Science degree in Human Factors and Ergonomics from San Jose State University.
She has over twenty five years of experience in physical therapy working in outpatient orthopedic clinics providing treatments to patients with joint replacements, work-related and sports injuries. She has also performed ergonomic evaluations at numerous corporate locations in the Bay Area.
As an avid dancer, hiker, and cyclist, she recognizes the importance of maintaining and enhancing physical performance.
