This law states that any person who would like to receive PT treatments does not need to see their primary physician first. Licensed Physical Therapists can provide PT services for 45 days or 12 visits, whichever occurs first. 

After this time limit, the patient will be referred to their physician, surgeon, or podiatrist for further diagnosis and to obtain prescription for additional PT services.

We are a Fee-for-Service Provider. We do not work with insurance companies so that we can provide higher quality of care and exclusive sessions with your physical therapist.

We will provide invoices for your treatments so that you can submit them for insurance reimbursement.

Please contact your insurance carrier to verify your physical therapy coverage for out-of-network providers.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept the following methods:
